How to play
- Each invader falls in a lane above one piano key. Tap or click that key to fire, so you learn where every note lives on the keyboard.
- With Music set to Songs, each wave is a well-known tune such as Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star or Ode to Joy, and invaders arrive in its rhythm. Shoot them in order to play the melody. Choose Random notes for a free-for-all.
- Choose a one, two or three octave keyboard. Wider keyboards spread the invaders across more keys.
- Press P or Esc to pause.
- With a MIDI keyboard connected, a key in any octave shoots the matching note.
- Hitting invaders early scores more, and every five hits in a row raise the multiplier. A key with no invader above it breaks the streak.
- You have three lives. An invader that reaches the ground costs one.
- Once the keys feel familiar, hide the note names on the invaders, then on the keys too.
